Congratulations to the Members of the new Legault Government, as well as, all Elected Members of the National Assembly

Montréal, October 2nd, 2018—Mrs. Pierrette Gagné, Executive Director of the Information and Referral Centre of Greater Montréal (IRCGM) would like to congratulate the members of Mr. François Legault’s new Coalition Avenir Québec government, as well as, all elected members of the National Assembly.

«Our society is evolving. We are witnessing the rapid ageing of Québec’s population and the difficult situations seniors find themselves in. Many are isolated and living in poverty and social needs are often more pressing within families, handicapped people, youth and newcomers. We believe that there are solutions to help people in need regain their dignity and that these solutions are largely found within public organizations and the community sector. We extend our full collaboration to the government and elected members in order to put forward solutions that will help citizens improve their living conditions », declared Mrs. Gagné.
